Daniel Dvir

Hi, I’m Daniel!

I am a creative designer and illustrator. I’m an animation enthusiast, and a comic book geek, with a flair for drawing anything from sci-fi to silly cartoons.

My pen and notebook are never out of reach, and I have a diverse set of skills and plenty of experience both as a freelancer and as an in-house designer. I have worked in both print and digital design, and have a lot of experience leading teams and managing projects.

I currently manage a team of 4 designers and have plenty of management experience. I am very confident in leading a team and giving feedback/direction on creative products.

I work for PinkNews, one of the biggest LGBT+ publications worldwide, with a strong focus on Gen-Z and Millenials. With the team at PinkNews, we won awards, grown our audience significantly, and expanded our platforms and channels. Working at PinkNews I gained a lot of knowledge about Gen-Z content, audience growth, and social media. I have created our brand guidelines and visual language from scratch, and have implemented work processes, design solutions, and creative thinking across all teams.

I am an absolute wizard with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate, with knowledge of the rest of Adobe's Creative Suite too. I can work with Blender and 3D Studio Max, and I have AR Experience with Snap Lens. I’m also a huge nerd and love learning new software, so just give me a challenge. I also know HTML5 and CSS (Not really related, but can't hurt).

Being the nerd that I am, I love analytics and Excel sheets. I'm a cinema geek, a proud gaymer, a pop-culture buff and most people find me funny.

Thank you for taking a look at my website, I really hope you like what you see.
